Granite Roast

VERY DARK Granite is strong, dark and unyielding; the inspiration for this vigorous, earthy coffee with a deep body and a strong aroma.

Black Bear

DARK The coffee that put us on the map; a perfect blend of South and Central American beans roasted to a well-oiled, smokey finish. Bold, full-bodied taste with a growl.

Howling Wolf

MEDIUM DARK Rich, deep, well-rounded flavour and aroma; the howls start up at the roastery when this favourite comes out of the roaster.

Lumberjack

MEDIUM A well balanced coffee with a striking flavour, clean acidity and a nice aroma; just right when you are deep in the bush, or just sitting on the dock.

Northern Lights

MEDIUM LIGHT This roast is subtle, with shimmering layers of taste. The Kenyan gives the coffee brightness and distinctive winey taste, with a sweet, zesty finish and a beautiful aroma.

Muskoka Maple

MEDIUM Our signature flavour starts with a medium roasted blend of Central and South American coffees, and then adds a taste and aroma that evokes memories of a beautiful Muskoka spring morning at the sugar shack.

Wood Roasted Espresso

MEDIUM DARK A classic espresso with a distinctive Muskoka twist- a subtle wood-roasted smokey note created at the roasting stage during the handcrafting of each batch of espresso.

Loon Call Breakfast Blend

MEDIUM The morning mist rises from the lake as the aroma of fresh-brewed Muskoka Roastery coffee and Don’s Bakery goods fills the room. A loon calls out; time to head down to the dock.
