Local Community Involvement
![]() |
We take our responsibility to the communities where our coffee is grown seriously. But, we don’t lose sight of the fact that there are those who are less fortunate right here in our own community. We also recognize that while the issues and challenges are big, we are small, and therefore our focus needs to be tight. We have chosen to concentrate on providing opportunity for those less fortunate so that they might have the opportunity to experience and celebrate the splendour of Muskoka. Some examples of programs we have recently funded appear below and on the Grassroots page. Applications for funding will be considered if they directly address the criteria detailed on the Funding Criteria page. |

Many local projects focus on young people in the community, such as a Children's Treatment Centre, a skate board park, a YWCA girls at risk program and an Opening Doors program for grade 7/8 girls.
