Easter Bunny Lavender Latte

Is there anything more “springtime” than lavender and Mini Eggs? We think not!

To celebrate the season and the upcoming Easter weekend, we whipped up a sweet treat that's as delightful to the taste buds as it is to the eyes. With its floral, lavender foam and whimsical Mini Egg garnish, it’s the perfect way to begin a warm spring morning or to add a special touch to Easter brunch.

To recreate this sweet, floral treat, you’ll need:

Lavender Cold Foam (Makes Enough for Two Lattes)
  • 1/3 Cup of Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 Cup of Lavender Syrup (Option to Substitute for Vanilla Syrup)
  • 3 Tbsp of Table Cream or Whole Milk
Iced Latte
  • 2 Shots of Muskoka Roastery Organic Espresso or 1 Cup of Strongly Brewed Coffee
  • Milk or Cream to Taste (Optional)
Additional Ingredients
  • Micro Mini Eggs
Recipe:

1. Start by making your lavender cold foam. Mix equal parts of whipping cream, lavender syrup, and table cream or whole milk. We found that shaking the ingredients in a shaker bottle was a quick and easy way to achieve our desired consistency!

2. Pour your espresso or coffee over ice, add your desired amount of cream or milk to your iced latte and then top it off with the lavender cold foam.

3. Sprinkle Mini Eggs on top for an extra touch of sweetness and Easter vibes.

Enjoy!
