This year, Muskoka Roastery Coffee Co. celebrates our 25th Anniversary. 25 years of coffee excellence, 25 years of Canadian spirit and 25 years of unwavering dedication to ethical practices and environmental preservation. To commemorate this quarter century milestone, we proudly present Super Sustainable, the debut roast in the Reserve line. With a strong focus on regenerative ecosystems, this coffee goes a step above our already high bar and epitomizes our commitment to not only doing things right, but doing them best.
These beans:
💧 Are pulped at a state-of-the-art ecological wet mill that reduces water requirements by over 10 million litres per annum.
☀️ Are processed in a facility using a photovoltaic energy system of 247 solar panels, generating 100% of the energy used.
🌱 Apply soil conservation strategies to improve the overall structure and health of soils, increasing soil organic matter and carbon sequestration.
☁️ Use the innovative Cool Farm Tool to measure the farm's carbon footprint, set reduction targets, and track progress.
🏆 Received Global Compact Colombia Recognition for outstanding contributions to United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #13.
