TOO Dark comes with a fair warning: it isn't trying to please everyone.

Roasted to develop exceptional depth and an unmistakably smoky character, it delivers a full-bodied cup with intense flavour and a lingering finish. Beneath that bold exterior is a surprising smoothness that lets the richness of the roast shine through without tipping into bitterness.

Will it be too dark for some people? Absolutely. And that's kind of the point.

I love this coffee. It’ strong, flavourful and satisfying with no bitterness.

Not to my taste!

Love dark coffee but this one almost tastes like cigarettes. Will try again brewed a different way but whew! Strong!

TOO Dark - not quite

Full disclosure I loved granite roast that has been discontinued. I also love starbucks French Roast which is also largely unavailable. Hoping that Too Dark would be a good substitute. The beans are very dark just like the other two but lacks the flavour profile. Its a good cup but could you just bring granite back?

Discovery of the year

Oh the lingering oils,I have experimented this year with dark roasts,and this is not as dark as it's appearence.we drink ours black,no sugar,and started this morning with a 15oz mug,after trying our first bag,we immediately ordered 5 pounds,so we would have a little cache,to supplant our dreams of a perfect morning.
