How to Make a Hazel-Nog Latte

Get into the holiday spirit with a decadent Hazel-Nog Latte made with Muskoka Roastery’s Organic Espresso! This festive treat blends all the best flavours of the holiday season: hazelnut, chocolate, eggnog and, of course, coffee! 

To recreate this cozy holiday drink, you’ll need:
  • 1 Hazelnut truffle of your choosing 
  • 3/4 cup of eggnog (we used Kawartha Dairy eggnog)
  • 1 Muskoka Roastery Organic Espresso capsule 
Recipe:
  1. Drop your hazelnut truffle of choice into the bottom of your favourite mug and watch it melt as the hot espresso pours over it. 
  2. Steam and froth your eggnog until it reaches a thick crema consistency. 
  3. Pour your eggnog over the hazelnut-espresso base. Adjust the ratio to your taste for the perfect balance of festive flavours. 
Enjoy this seasonal treat with some snickerdoodles next to the fireplace! And hey, maybe leave a cup out for Santa—he’ll appreciate the extra holiday cheer (and you might get even more presents!).
